Popcorn and wine are the new key ingredients in the recipe for rest, relaxation, and a perfect night in. At the end of the day or on a lazy weekend night, few things are more comforting than curling up with a glass of wine or a big bowl of popcorn – so why not combine the two?

The Classic Combination: Buttery popcorn with red or white wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Chardonnay. Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio are also good pairings for butter popcorn.

The Go Bold Combination: Robust cheddar-flavored popcorn pairs masterfully with an intense Cabernet Sauvignon. Fuller-bodied Chardonnays are also a good choice because they can compete with the big cheese flavor.

The Heating Things Up Combination: Nothing cuts through delicious Hot-cheese-flavored popcorn like a super-acidic wine. Sauvignon Blanc is the white for the job while on the red side, you can’t go wrong with a classic Pinot Noir. Both wines are comparatively light-bodied and extremely versatile.

The Sea Salt Satisfaction: The Sea Salt option brings traditional favorite tastes to life. Make it sing with a Pinot Noir or a Malbec if you prefer red; if you’re a white wine fan, try Sauvignon Blanc. An Italian Prosecco or a sparkling Rosé also works as a delicious combination.
